Enjoy a night or two at our newly remodeled Loft! This modern space offers a king-size bed, a queen-size Murphy bed/couch combo, and two twin beds, perfect for a cozy stay. You’ll also find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a Keurig, microwave, griddle press, and fridge/freezer to cover your basic needs. As a guest, you’ll have access to our outdoor game zone and the nearby lake for added relaxation and entertainment!

Our Loft comfortably sleeps six guests and is part of a duplex setup. One side of the property is the Beach House, and the other side is The Loft at Brightwater Bay. The Loft has its own private parking and patio area located to the left of the house, ensuring a secluded and enjoyable stay.

Each Airbnb reservation gives guests access to the private lake, outdoor game zone, etc. All outdoor amenities are shared.

Third year enjoying the BrightWater Bay location. First time we used the venue to get married, last year we tried the Tiny House & this year The Loft. It’s a great spot with lake access & plenty of activities.

We actually live close but rented The Loft for my son’s birthday. Everyone got to feel like they were on vacation but we were still close to home. It was fun almost having the lake to ourselves and the outdoor games available. There was something for everyone. Would recommend. We will definitely be back!

Great night’s stay at the Loft, it was clean and spacious and well equipped. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards, were perfect for exploring the lake. Pickle ball and shuffle were good fun too. The host was super helpful and responsive and made it a really special stay!

BrightWater’s Loft was a great place for a weekend getaway. The place was just as described. Our host was very responsive and flexible when we needed to make a change. We would highly recommend this place. It’s probably even better when you can enjoy a lot of the outdoor stuff during the summer.

We enjoyed celebrating my grandson’s 6th birthday with family and friends. The Loft is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean! Management/host was available when needed, but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our time. We would definitely book again!
