Our two-story event venue has capacity for up to 120 people—perfect for corporate retreats, family gatherings, anniversaries, graduations, and birthday parties. The Venue offers beautiful views of BrightWater Bay’s private lake and property as well as easy access to the beach and outdoor games. Plus, two of our event packages include private access to the entire property, ensuring a truly exclusive experience.
