Tours reserved for wedding and exclusive rental packages only.
- Each year long membership includes unlimited fishing for one person and one watercraft.

There are two jet ski slips that are first come first serve. Boats able to be docked include but are not limited to fishing boats, ski boats, and pontoon boats. Must bring your own ropes to secure boat to the dock.
Pets and RVs are not permitted at Bright Water Bay.
What is included in each reservation type varies. Visit the tabs on the home screen for more information about what is included with each package or contact us with questions about what is included with each reservation.
Lodging:
- Standard check in: 3pm
- Standard check out: 11am
Venue and Wedding:
- Check in and check out for partial day venue rental is agreed upon ahead of time and included in the venue rental agreement. Typically check in is no earlier than 1 hour ahead of event and check out no later than 1 hour past event.
- Wedding check in: You will have access to the venue only starting at 11am on the first day of your reservation. Check in for Airbnbs is 3pm unless the night before was purchased in addition to the wedding package. Check out is at 11am.
Yes. Both the one and two day experience event packages grant access to the full property within the gate including 3 airbnbs, the venue, lake, and all outdoor amentities. Both Wedding packages are also exclusive full property rental. Baywatch is not included in these packages, but a reservation may be purchased separately if available.
The capacity for the venue is 120 people. It will not accommodate larger parties. Full property rental capacity is also 120. There are occasional exceptions for outdoor events with pre-approval. Contact us with any questions about capacity.
Each Airbnb has its own capacity not to exceed 15 people per unit. This limit ensures guests in other units have enough space to comfortably enjoy their experience.
