The Venue at BrightWater Bay
Our two-story event venue has capacity for up to 100 people—perfect for a small wedding, family gathering, anniversary or birthday party. The Venue offers beautiful views of BrightWater Bay’s private lake and property as well as easy access to the beach and outdoor games.

The Beach House
The exclusive Beach House has views overlooking the private lake and property at BrightWater Bay. You will love the natural light from the large windows that face the lake. Your reservation includes free parking, access to the beach, outdoor games, gas grill, outdoor seating area and fire pit. The Beach House has all the comforts and conveniences of home, including a full kitchen.

Outdoor Fun at Brightwater Bay
Booking either venue at BrightWater Bay gives you access to the beach, plus our extensive outdoor games area. Have some electronic-free fun with outdoor classics like horseshoes and shuffleboard, or challenge each other to a game of basketball, pickleball, tennis or beach volleyball. It’s sure to stir up your competitive side.
You can also book a Water Reservation to get out on the lake for watersports! Book Shared Access and share the lake with up to three other watercraft. Up to 12 people and one boat (up to 24 feet) per Shared Access reservation. Book Exclusive Access and get the entire private lake to yourself
